Responsibilities:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
- Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.

Medication reminders:
- Provide medication reminders according to prescribed schedules.
- Support clients in managing their medication routines.

Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, complying with dietary requirements.
- Monitor and promote proper nutrition and hydration.

Companionship and social interaction:
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations and camaraderie.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.

Health Monitoring:
- Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
- Document the care provided and any notable observations.
Ratings:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a caregiver or similar role.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
